Zuko is a firebender who is also the fire nation prince until
he was vanished by his father, fire lord Ozai. Zuko has a scar on his face from disrespecting his father, who he fought in
an agni Kai and eventually got banished and recieved his scar. His father told him the only way he could get his honor back
and return was to capture the Avatar and bring him back. Zuko was very close to his mother, Ursa, to whom he has not seen
since he was young.
He is a fierce rival with his sister princess Azula, whom
he eventually joins in the episode "Crossroads of my Destiny" to fight the Avatar. This is when he is able to return home
because the Avatar is presumed dead, but when he decided to fight the Avatar, he betrayed his uncle Iroh whom he is also very
close to but does not like to show it, and put him in prison. Even when Zuko returns home he doesent feel right, and knows
that the Avatar is still alive. Zuko feels sorrow for betraying his uncle and eventually decides to join the Avatar to teach
him firebending, Aang at first did not like this idea because he still thought that he was bad, but he proved he was good.
Zuko is very skilled at his firebening and is also able to redirect lightning, he is also very skilled at using swords which
he can also firebend with.
At the end of the show, Zuko was crowned fire lord after Aang defeated
Ozai and took away his firebending. Zuko hopes to bring peace back. Shortly after he was crowned fire lord, he visits his
destructive father in prison, asking "were was his mother", their never was an answer. Zuko and Uncle reunited in the finale,
Iroh was very proud.
